]]>It is planned to run the sessions up to end of April (excluding Easter Monday) to help with improving skills prior to the start of the summer matches, with less emphasis on just fitness training.
There will be two coaches on court from 7.30 until 9.30. The cost for the two hour session is £6.
Please come along on the 15th and have some input into the way you would like to benefit from the training.
We hope that many of the team members will give it a try and even join in on a regular basis. However, there is no obligation, just come when you are able. We do need your support for these sessions to succeed.
As before, we plan to open the bar if this is wanted.
